Welcome back, everyone! FunCo recently had the pleasure of teaming up with the Mental Health Film Festival Singapore for their 4th edition, and what an amazing experience it was. Held at Leisure Park Kallang Mall, Atrium B, the festival was a celebration wrapped in awareness—a heartfelt journey into the realm of mental well-being through the lens of film.
Let's take a glimpse into the successful event and the items that made it all come together.
Our team designed and set up custom curved 3m x 3m pop-up booths that served as vibrant hubs, beckoning attendees to explore and engage. Complemented by straight pop-up displays adorned with spotlights, these booths added a touch of uniqueness, setting the stage for an immersive experience.
One of the highlights of the event was the captivating Zig Zag photo exhibition, a compelling visual narrative portraying different facets of mental health. Through poignant imagery, attendees were encouraged to reflect, empathise, and connect with the stories told through photographs.
To create a relaxed and inviting ambiance, we provided comfortable bean bags—a perfect spot for attendees to unwind and engage in conversations. Accompanied by Nest Coffee Tables and Tiffany Chairs, the seating arrangements were curated to foster connections and discussions.
Information is key! Our A1 foam boards with logo prints served as informative touch points, guiding attendees through the event's layout to the right booth.
From thought-provoking discussions to interactive sessions, the event came alive with our setup of speakers, mixers, and microphones. These audio arrangements ensured that every voice was heard, enriching the experience for all participants.
In the spirit of creativity, we hosted a delightful painting session where kids – and even some adults! – unleashed their inner artists by colouring rocks.
Behind the scenes, our team worked tirelessly, handling event management and liaising with suppliers, ensuring smooth execution and a stress-free experience for both organisers and attendees alike. The 4th Mental Health Film Festival Singapore was a testament to the power of storytelling, art, and community.
